IIHM proudly hosted the world’s greatest culinary competition
In its 12th edition, YCO was grander than ever before. International student chefs, mentors, and judges participated simultaneously in Round 1 of the competition across five Indian cities — Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, and Goa — following a star-studded opening ceremony in Bangalore.
After the initial rounds, all participants gathered in the City of Joy, Kolkata, for the grand announcement of the Top Finalists, Plate Trophy winners, and the prestigious Dr. Suborno Bose Challenge award.
The final leg of the competition was held at the international YCO Kitchen at the IIHM Global Campus, Kolkata, nestled in the heart of Sector V, Salt Lake.
Albania was declared the winner, followed by other outstanding performers who showcased exceptional culinary excellence.
