The IIHM Delhi campus came alive with excitement on August 23 as it celebrated Confidence Day, a unique tradition that marks the induction of new students into the IIHS Diploma Program — a distinctive offering from IIHM, one of the largest chains of hospitality education institutions in the world.

The day was designed to make students feel at home while preparing them for their first steps into the world of hospitality. New students, accompanied by their parents, were warmly welcomed with tikka and aarti — a gesture that instantly made them feel part of the IIHS family. Each student received a personalized welcome kit, along with ties and scarves. With the help of faculty, the boys learned how to knot their ties and the girls how to drape their scarves — small yet meaningful rituals that symbolized their entry into professional life.
The atmosphere was filled with anticipation as students settled into the beautifully decorated hall. Mr. Abdullah Ahmed, COO of IIHM Group and Director of IIHM Delhi, addressed the students with warmth, encouraging them to embrace confidence and hard work from day one. His words set a motivational tone for the journey ahead.
