Hospitality students at IIHM Bangalore and the International Institute of Patisserie and Culinary (IIPC) celebrated World Chocolate Day with an immersive masterclass titled Mastering the Art of Chocolate – From Bean to Bar. Led by Pastry Chef Lecturer Chef Gnanesh Kumar, the engaging session introduced students to the fascinating journey of cocoa, chocolate processing and artisanal chocolate-making techniques. Emphasising creativity, precision and culinary excellence, the hands-on learning experience highlighted the science and artistry behind chocolate. IIHM Chairman Dr. Suborno Bose and IIHM Bangalore Director Ms. Sanchari Chowdhury reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to experiential education that prepares future hospitality professionals for global culinary excellence.
